“Warmest Regards” is the latest installment in a series of short, intimate EPs by mandolinist/guitarist Andrew Buckner. Following his 2017 solo mandolin release “Coffee and a Good Book” and 2023’s acoustic guitar project “Coffee and a Good Book Vol.2,” “Warmest Regard” channels the same vulnerable approach but with a variety of instrumentation combinations including both acoustic and electric guitar along with mandolin.

From the opening tune, the upbeat bluegrass-inspired piece “Barn Dance,” to the vocal cover of the classic “You Are My Sunshine” Andrew shares not perfection, but his best in every track. “Warmest Regards” is available wherever tiny, home-based projects are streamed and sold.

Andrew Buckner is a guitarist/mandolinist from middle Tennessee. He currently writes, records, and performs as lead acoustic guitarist for the county duo Caleb & Leann who recently released their debut EP with country music icon Keith Stegall (Alan Jackson, Zac Brown Band, Randy Travis, Reba McEntire, Darius Rucker), the 70’s inspired acoustic band Harvest Moon, as a supporting instrumentalist with singer-songwriter Tyler Edwards, and as a soloist. Before this, Andrew recorded three full-length albums with Steel Bridge and worked briefly with the band Wisewater featuring Forrest O’Connor and Kate Lee O’Connor.
