Although Sabrina Brazle is one of the highest-grossing realtors in the Upper Cumberland today, she did not get there without extreme discipline, grit, and a genuine love for helping people. 

Before becoming a successful realtor, Sabrina worked as a server at Crawdaddy’s in Cookeville’s WestSide, a job that instilled work ethic and allowed her to meet many future clients. 

Shortly after having her first child, Sabrina decided to take a leap and has worked tirelessly since 2018 to build her clientele, all while maintaining a clear devotion to her “why.” 

Entering the world of real estate can be extremely challenging, disheartening, and confusing for almost everyone who takes the plunge. With no budget to advertise, Sabrina took a grassroots approach to finding clients, using social media and a tireless boots on the ground work ethic as powerful tools for promoting herself. 

Flash forward to the present. 

Sabrina is one of the most respected members of area real estate and an essential piece of Cookeville’s community overall, and is set to welcome her second child in the coming months.

Despite the challenges she’s faced, Sabrina Brazle continues to use her position as a REALTOR® and civic leader to serve the people of Cookeville everyday.
