Wags, Whiskers & Wine is a fundraiser in support of the Major Mike Shipley Spay & Neuter Clinic in Cookeville, TN. Sponsored by the Cookeville Junior Woman’s Club, the event was held at DelMonaco Winery and raised funds to provide financial assistance to families that may not otherwise be able to afford critical services for their pets. After a four-month closure by the Humane Society of Putnam County, this clinic was reopened by Wags & Whiskers Pet Rescue Inc. in April 2023, under their new President, Elizabeth Sofia.
