When Ryan Risher took a leap of faith in 2018 and decided to try real estate, he had no way of foreseeing the path his life would take. 

As a Cookeville native and lover of his community, Ryan’s passion for people inspired him to become a real estate agent. 

After years of working in a corporate office, his wife Devin knew that he craved the connection that comes from face-to-face, one-on-one interactions, encouraging him to risk the security of his position and follow his heart.

A former foster parent, one well-acquainted with loss (Ryan’s father passed when he was seven), and someone who has experienced the highs and lows of living, Ryan sees real estate as means of ministering to and serving the Cookeville community.

Put simply, Ryan seeks to share the love of Christ in every aspect of his life. 

The way he celebrates his five children (both adopted and biological), the love he shows his wife, and the dedication to serving his clients at Skender-Newton are all ways Ryan Risher points those around him back to the origin of his hope.  

Currently one of the region’s top performing agents, Ryan’s growing buisness and family are solidified in the city that he loves.
